10 months old!!!

Here we are just 2 mos shy of a year...Addisyn is growing and developing daily. This past month she's been working hard on walking. She can take several steps on her own, and has taken up to 9. Addisyn has also learned how to clap and will occasionally wave. As far as her words, she still isn't making a whole lot of sense when she "talks", but she sure does enjoy babbling!

Our trip to Florida!

Addisyn and I had such a wonderful mini-vacation to Florida. She did amazing on the plane - so good that passengers around us commented on her behavior - and was on best behavior for her visit with Jenn, Vince, and Luca. Jenn and I took the kiddos to a gymboree class and they both loved it! We're definitely looking forward to another trip down there.

She's took a step!

Addisyn is trying so hard to walk on her own - she's now able to take 1-2 steps! I can't believe how quickly she's growing. Just the other day she learned how to clap!

9 month check-up

Addisyn had her 9 month check-up this morning and everything looks great! She now weighs 22 lbs 10 oz, and is 29 1/2 inches long. Her length puts her in the 90th percentile, and the 90-95th for her weight. She won't go back till her 1 year check-up.

Baby's 1st Christmas

Where to start....the holidays have been so much fun with Addisyn. We started celebrating with Brad's family the 19th. We had a weekend full of lots of food and presents. Christmas day was spent with my parents and Kristen, then we had the whole Watkins clan over today. Addisyn got so many wonderful presents! Our house has officially been taken over by toys! One of my favorite presents was a plane ticket to Florida to visit Jenn, Vince & Luca. Addisyn and I (yes, just the 2 of us!) will be flying out January 23rd through the 26th.
